The Expression Of CD₄₄v6 And Nm₂₃-H1 Protein And Its Clinical Significance In Colon Cancers

Objective: To study the expressions of CD₄₄V6 and nm₂₃-H₁ protein in coloncancers and evaluate its clinical significance.Methods: The expressions of CD₄₄V6 and nm₂₃-H₁ protein of 102 cases coloncancers were detected by immunohistochemical method (SP).Result: Positive expressions of nm₂₃-H₁ in colon cancers were 43.01%(44/102),they correlated with lymph nodes metastasis negatively and related to recurrence:There were significant correlation between CD₄₄V6 expression and tumor invasion.lymphatic metastasis and clinical stage positively, but have not significantcorrelation between CD₄₄V6 and nm₂₃-H₁ expression.Conclusion: The expression of CD₄₄V6 and nm₂₃-H₁ may serve as an indicatorto predict the prognosis of colon cancer.
