Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma is a familiar malignant tumor, especially in China. Because it is hiding at first, high malignant, deteriomiceing quickly and its lifetime is short, suffer is usually in anaphase once symptom is appeared. So this cancer is very dangerous to the suffer. So how to ameliomicee the symptom, prolong the lifetime, and prevent the carcinoma to transfer is the key problem of treatment.Jiayijian(abbreviated as JYJ)which is based on the traditional Chinese medicine theories and practice for curing this kind of disease, and referred Wang Xugao's and Qin Bowei's experience of using Chinese herbal medicine get satisfaction on practice. Through experimental lymphatic metastasis models established by transplanting liver cancer(H22) left footpads of 75 male mice and observing treatment of invasion and metastasis in mice with transplanted liver cancer(H22), the author probes the mechanism more, and observes and discusses the influence of JYJ on formation of tumor blood vessel and microvascular density , Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor, and fins-like tyrosine kinas. This provides more objective and precise accordance on practicing of JYJ.Methods:1 beastie groupingSPF level male BALB/C 75 little mices, age of 5-6 week, avoirdupois of 20±2gram. The mice were divided randomly into 5 groups(each group had 15 mice): the pathologic model group(group A), JYJ low, middle, high dose treatment groups(group C, D,E),the western medicine group(group B).2 copy the mice liver cancer H22 lymph transfer modelImmitting the resuscitated liver cancer H22 tumor to the abdomen of mice, aging of 4-6 week, 7-10 days later, when abdomen of the mice comes to maximal, adopt ascites, possessing for 2-3 times, using the given method. Then kill the mice whose abdomen comes to maximal, and injects 5ml brine to the abdomen, then takes out ascites using asepsis inspector again. Takes the collected ascites to 800 revolution/minute acentric machine for three minutes, throw the up clear part away. Counting, and tunes cell chroma to 10 8 /ml, then transplanted the ascites 0.05ml into each team mice's left footpads.3 treatTo the self-made from the second day. Pathology model compare to NS(normal saline)0.3ml each mice, the western medicine group were given 5-Fu (2.5mg/ml) 0.2ml per mice ,low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose JYJ solutions (raw herb 1g/ml,2g/ml and 4g/ml) 0.3ml per mice, one time per day for 15 days.4 experiment observingAt the second day of the experiment, the mice were killed and weighed, thymuses, splens, and their left footpads, Count the index of thymuses, splens and the inhibiting mice of tumor growth, the treatment of H&E staining, The invasion and metastasis occurring in footpads were observed and computed, the expression of MVD,VEGF and flt-4 immunohistochmeistry staining.Result:1 Compare the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups to pathology model team, the weigh of burl will lighten notable(P<0.01); the pathology weigh of high-dose team will lighten notable too(P<0.05) compare to the low-dose team; the high-dose team will lighten no notable compare to the 5-Fu team(P>0.05).2 Compare the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose team to pathology model team , the affect of local burl organic and nodi lymphatici popliteales have knock-down current of transfer degree. And the high-dose team have notable difference(P<0.05); the middle-dose and high-dose team can make the thymuses exponent hoist notable(P<0.05). Compare 5-Fu team to pathology model, spleens exponent knock-down notable(P<0.01), but the Chinese traditional Tmedicine therapy team don't have this side affect. 3 Compare to pathology model team, the sublime words with deep meaning dencity(MVD)of the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose team knock-down notable(P<0.01), and the MVD of 5-Fu team and pathology model team have notable difference too(P<0.01).4 The expression of VEGF: the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose team and the 5-Fu team ebb less than the pathology model team(P<0.05).5 The expression of flt-4: the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose team and the 5-Fu team ebb less than pathology model team(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 JYJ can restrain the develop of mice bearing neoplasm notable, and have a proper range..2 JYJ have the effect of deduce tumour damage and restrain, and can advance immunity of the organism.3 JYJ can restrain the sublime words with deep meaning dencity MVD of mice bearing neoplasm, restrain sublime words with deep meaning VEGF and the expression of flt-4,and have a proper range. This explain that the effect of JYJ maybe achieved across restraining the build of knubbly vas and advancing the immunity function of the mice bearing neoplasm.
