Objective: To add the categorical identification for syndrome Differentiation of TCM in terms of the correlation of clinical staging and typing of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) with syndrome differentiation of TCM, and provide theoretical proof for combined diagnosing and treatment of TCM and Western Medicine. Methods:The 135 cases are selected from the second hospital affiliated Hebei Medicine University, consistent with the ICH diagnosis standard publicized by the《The manual of prevention to Chinese ICH(2005)》. According to the stroke staging standard of national Cerebral vessels special topic seminar in 2000, and combine the ICH pathology change and clinical symptom, we separate ICH into the ultra early stage, the acute early stage , the acute peak stage and the convalescence early stage. According to nerve function scores standard, we separate the cases into mild type, moderate type and serious type. According to《stroke syndrome diagnostic standard》, we separate the clinical differentiation of disease nature into wind syndrome, heat syndrome, phlegm syndrome, syndrome of blood stasis, syndrome of deficiency of Qi and syndrome Yin asthenic. According to《the syndromes Character of disease location》, we separate clinical disease nature differentiation into the liver, the spleen, the lung, the kidney, the large intestine, the stomach, the mind, the meridian. The analysis of all the materials used the SPSS6.12 statistics software.Results:1 The relation between Western Medicine staging and disease nature syndromes of TCM:The incidence of wind syndrome(63.78%-100%),heat syndrome(45%-64.57% and phlegm syndrome(66.93%-75%) is high at the ultra early stage, the acute early stage and the acute peak stage, and that of heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome is high still at the convalescence early stage , heat syndrome 80.80% and phlegm syndrome 90.40%. The incidence of heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome is remarkably higher than that of syndrome of deficiency of Qi and syndrome Yin asthenic at the same stage(p < 0.05). The incidence of wind syndrome decrease gradually(p<0.05), but is high still at the ultra early stage and the acute stage. The incidence of syndrome of deficiency of Qi increases obviously at the convalescence early stage, but is still in low level. The incidence of syndrome of blood stasis and syndrome Yin asthenic is in low level at various stages.2 The relation between Western Medicine staging and disease location syndromes of TCM: The incidence of the liver(100%), the meridian (80%) and the mind (35%) is high at the acute early stage, is remarkably higher than that of the large intestine(10%) , the stomach(10%) , the lung(5%) , the spleen(5%), the kidney(5%) and the heart(0%) (p<0.05). The incidence of the liver(28%-88.24%) , the meridian (69.6%-72.27%), the mind(26.89%-51.97%) and the large intestine(30.25%-49.6%) is high remarkably at the acute early stage, the acute peak stage and the convalescence early stage, all which is remarkably higher than the incidence of the heart, the spleen, the lung, the kidney and the stomach at the same stage (p<0.05). The incidence of the liver decrease gradually at various stages(p<0.05), but is high still at the ultra early stage and the acute stages. The incidence of the large intestine increases remarkably at the acute peak stage and the convalescence early stage (p<0.05), but is in medium and low lever. The incidence of the heart, the spleen, the lung, the kidney and the stomach is low in various stages.3 The relation between Western Medicine typing and disease nature syndromes of TCM: The incidence of wind syndrome of the serious type is higher than that of the mild type and the moderate type at the acute early stage (p<0.05); increasing gradually as the disease get worse at the convalescence early stage (p<0.05). The incidence of heat syndrome of the serious type is higher than that of the mild type and the moderate type at the ultra early stage (p<0.05), and increase gradually as the disease get worse at the acute early stage (p<0.05),the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild type at the acute peak stage and the convalescence early stage (p<0.05). The incidence of phlegm syndrome of the serious type is higher than that of the mild type at the ultra early stage (p<0.05), and increase as the disease get worse at the acute early stage and the acute peak stage(p<0.05), the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild in the restored stage (p<0.05). the incidence of syndrome of blood stasis of the serious type is higher than that of the mild type and the moderate type in the acute early stage (p<0.05), the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild type at the convalescence early stage (p<0.05).The incidence of syndrome of deficiency of Qi and syndrome Yin asthenic decreases gradually as the disease get worse at the acute early stage and the acute peak stage (p<0.05),the mild type is higher than the moderate type and the serious type at the convalescence early stage.4 The relation between Western Medicine clinical typing and disease location syndromes of TCM: The incidence of the liver of the serious type is higher than the mild type at the acute early stage (p<0.05). The incidence of the stomach of the serious type is higher than the mild type at the acute early stage and the acute peak stage (p<0.05),the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild type at the convalescence early stage (p<0.05). The incidence of the large intestine of the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild type at the acute early stage, the acute peak stage and the convalescence early stage (p<0.05),the incidence of the mind of the serious type is higher than the mild type and the moderate type at the ultra early stage, and increase gradually as the disease get worse at the acute early stage and the convalescence early stage (p<0.05), the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild type at the acute peak stage (p<0.05). The incidence of the meridian of the serious type is higher than the mild type and the moderate type at the ultra early stage and the acute early stage (p<0.05), the serious type is higher than the moderate type at the acute peak stage (p<0.05), the moderate type and the serious type is higher than the mild type at the convalescence early stage (p<0.05).There is no marked difference that the incidence of the heart, the spleen,,the lung and the kidney at various stages. Conclusions: 1 The incidence of the ICH disease nature syndromes of wind syndrome and phlegm syndrome and heat syndrome is high in the ultra early stage, the acute early stage and the acute peak stage, heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome is high at the convalescence early stage, and deficiency of Qi and syndrome Yin asthenic increase, syndrome of blood stasis makes a certain ratio at various stages.2 The incidence of the disease location syndromes of the liver, the meridian and the mind is high, but at the acute early stage, the acute peak stage and the convalescence early stage the liver, the meridian, the mind and the large intestine is high, the incidence of the heart, the spleen, the lung, the kidney and the stomach is low at various stages , but makes a certain ratio .3 The relation between clinical typing and ICH syndrome: (1) Heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome of TCM disease nature increases as the disease get worse, but syndrome of deficiency of Qi and syndrome Yin asthenic decreases. (2)The stomach, the large intestine and the mind of TCM disease location syndrome increases as the disease get worse. All of this above shows there is a certain relation between ICH Staging Typing and TCM syndrome, ICH Staging Typing can be the reference basis of TCM differentiation of symptoms and signed.
