| Objective:to study the therapeutic effect of Gegengsu Zhusheye in treating Cerebral Arteriosclerosis.Methods:Adopting randomized controlled way.140 patients were randomly divided into the treated group(70 patients)and the control group(70 patients).Both groups were giving the same basic medicin:Aspirin 75mg,Lipitor 10mg every day for 20 days.Patients of the treated group giving Gegengsu Zhusheye 400mg a day and patients of the treated group giving Yinxingye Tiquwu Zhusheye 51.5mg a day.IT takes 20 days for both group to treat.Results:1,Symptoms before and after treatment were significantly different either in the treated group or in the control group.That was to say both way which was used to treat Cerebral Arteriosclerosis were effective.2,Gegengsu Zhusheye is effective than Yinxingye Tiquwu Zhusheye significantly in some place.Such.As to reduce PI,RI S/D,rise SOD etc.3,No significant drug reaction was show in both group.Conclusion:Gegengsu Zhusheye is effective and safe in treating Cerebral Arteriosclerosis.The therapeutic effective of it is similar even better than that of Yinxingye Tiquwu Zhusheye。... |
