| Objective: 1.To investigate the distributive feature of pattern of syndrome of the traditionalChinese Medicine in patients with Impaired glucose regulation (IGR);2.To analyze thecorrelation between biochemical index and pattern of syndrome in patients with Impairedglucose regulation(IGR).Methods: In this case, we had a Oral Glucose Tolerance Test to the patients who had afasting plasma glucose(FPG)≥5.6mmol/L and came from clinic service of the first hospitalof Xiamen and TCM hospital of Xiamen.,then we collected their information including thegeneral-height, weight, waistline, hip circumference-and symptom.Results:1.In all 118 cases,5 cases of no TCM syndrome, in the other 113 cases,24 cases ofdeficiency of QI and stagnation of blood,24 cases of deficiency of QI,13 cases of phlegmatichygrosis and deficiency of QI, 10 cases of stagnation of blood,6 cases of deficiency of Yin,6cases of deficiency of Yin and Yang, 6 cases of phlegmatic hygrosis,4 cases of deficiency ofspleen and stagnation of blood,4 cases of deficiency of QI and Yin, 2 cases of phlegmatichygrosis and stagnation of blood,2 cases of deficiency of Yin and stagnation of blood,2 casesof stagnation of blood and deficiency of Qi and Yin, 2 cases of humid-heat and deficiency ofspleen, 2 cases of dryness-heat,lcase of deficiency of Yin and kidney,1 case of deficiency ofspleen, 1 case of stagnation of blood and deficiency of spleen and Qi, 1 case stagnation ofblood and deficiency of Yang and kidney, 1 case of stagnation of blood and deficiency of Qiand Yang and spleen, lcase of phlegmatic hygrosis and deficiency of Qi and Yin and kidneyand spleen.2.The HOMA-IR of stagnation of blood group and stagnation of blood anddeficiency of Qi group are significantly higher than the deficiency of Qi and phlegmatichygrosis and deficiency of Qi group (P<0.01),The BMI of stagnation of blood group andstagnation of blood and deficiency of Qi group and deficiency of Qi and phlegmatic hygrosisgroup are significantly higher than the deficiency of Qi group (P<0.01), The BMI ofphlegmatic hygrosis group is significantly higher than the deficiency of Qi and stagnation ofblood group (P<0.01). Conclusions: 1. The predominant patterns of syndrome of IGR are deficiency of Qi andstagnation of blood group, deficiency of Qi group, deficiency of Qi and phlegmatic hygrosisgroup, stagnation of blood group. 2. Deficiency of Qi is dominant in the IGR, stagnation ofblood is the pathogeny and pathological product of IGR, phlegmatic hygrosis group ispossibly the major syndroms.3.Insulin resistance is the reference index for the syndrome ofstagnation of blood, BMI is the reference index for the syndromeof phlegmatic hygrosis. |
