ObjectiveTo investigate the influence to Motilin and Substance P in the blood plasm andupper tissue of small intestine of rats by Neurolytic celiac plexus block withanhydro-alcohol. Evaluation and evaluate the relationship between the Motilin,Substance P and diarrhea and other disturbance of digestive function.Material and Methods一,experiment materials52 Wistar rats(180~220g, sex unconfined). before the experiment, we have aadoptive raise for them for one week. 12 hours before the experiment food and waterwas forbidden.二,methods for grouping and blockThey were randomly divided into four groups, and each has 13 rats.The group A is anesthetized by 10% chloral hydrate injectioned into belly, thesymbol is first Transverse process of lumbar vertebra, after paracente successfully,group A were locked by 0.1ml NS and group B,C,D were locked by 0.1mlanhydro-alcohol.Take the plasma and small intestine tissue sample; according the dissec position totake the celiac plexus tissue, then embedded with formaldehyde. Paraffin-embeddedtissues were sectioned and maintained.After the group B were anesthetized and locked 24 hours, we take the plasma and tissue sample.After the group C were anesthetized and locked 48 hours, we take the plasma andtissue sample.After the group D were anesthetized and locked 72 hours, we take the plasma andtissue sample.三,Observe the indexSaponification of retroperitoneal tissues were observed around the kidney andabdominal aorta by naked eye.Vacuolation and cytoclasis of retroperitoneal neural tissues were observed by lightmicroscopy.四,detect the indexBiochemistry index: detect the Motilin and Substance P in the blood plasm andupper tissue of small intestine of rats by RIA method with same group.五,statistical analysisSPSS11.5 was used to statistical analysis. Results are present as means±SE. X~2test were used to contingencies and quantitative difference. It has statistical differencewhen p<0.05.Result一,naked eyegroup A: There are not significant changes in belly and behind belly.group B: There are not significant changes in belly, but Saponification andadhension of retroperitoneal tissues around the kidney and abdominal aorta behindbelly were observed.group C: There are not significant changes in belly, but Saponification andadhension of retroperitoneal tissues around the kidney and abdominal aorta behindbelly were observed.group D: There are not significant changes in belly, but Saponification and adhension of retroperitoneal tissues around the kidney and abdominal aorta behindbelly were observed.二,light microscopygroup A: There are one or more normal vacuolation of ganglion cells.group B: Ganglion cells can be observed but most of them are vacuolated on oneslide.group C: Ganglion cells can be observed but most of them are vacuolated or deador both of them on one slide.group D: Ganglion cells can be observed but most of them are vacuolated or deador both of them on one slide.三,Substance P and Motilin in the blood plasmSubstance P: group A(39.25±17.33); group B(47.42±19.73); group C(50.27±15.67)and group D(45.78±18.94), there is not statistical difference between them(p>0.05).Motilin: group A(142.88±20.94); group B(184.38±18.04); group C(189.83±43.04)and group D(161.62±46.09), there are statistical difference between group Aand group B, the same with group A and group C (p<0.05).四,Substance P and Motilin in tissueSubstance P: group A(129.81±28.35), group B(133.73±27.51), group C(141.47±36.76)and group D(130.75±30.64), there is not statistical difference between them(p>0.05).Motilin: group A(603.74±124.56), group B(684.59±102.68), group C(735.66±100.08)and group D(723.28±80.42), there are statistical difference between group Aand group C, the same with group A and groupD (p<0.05).Conclusion1. Neurolytic celiac plexus block by anhydro-alcohol transcutaneously can increasethe secretion of Motilin. 2.Motilin may be one of the reasons to the fact that disturbance of digestivefunction of rats after being Neurolytic celiac plexus blocked by anhydro-alcoholtranscutaneously.
