The enterprise only provides more values compared to competitors, through which can retain and accomplish loyal customers, thus in an impregnable position in the competition. Because of this, the customer value has been becoming the focal point both the management educational world and the business community pay attention to, regarded as the competitive advantage to originate newly. At present we believe strengthens based on the customer value marketing management is the hospital establishes the long-term competitive advantage under the new competition pattern essential action.This article take Renhe Hospital as a main body, carries on to the hospital based on the customer value marketing strategy studies and discusses.First elaborated our country hospital profession management present situation, the trend of development, the competition environment, the competition opportunity. Then, has carried on internal appraisal to Renhe hospital, elaborated its development rule, its operation present situation and superiority, existence question and inferiority.And to Renhe hospital customer value constitution model. In inside and outside environment investigation and in the customer value system constitution analysis foundation, has studied Renhe hospital based on the customer value marketing management plan, from the product, the price, the channel and the promotion and so on several aspects proposed based on customer value marketing strategy, Finally from the hospital organizational structure establishment, internal marketing management, the hospital service process control managed aspects and so on visible demonstration which as well as served to propose the control and safeguard measure.This studies is in launches with Renhe hospital full communication foundation, its findings might apply directly in the hospital development and the management, simultaneously will also have high reference value. This article discusses the customer value marketing management, might in the next hospital strengthening marketing management process further rich and perfect.
