Objective: Probe into the curative effect and mechanisms on thetumor-bearing mice of modified GuiZhilFuLing pill. Methods: Extractascites from the tumor-bearing mice's ventro-cavity which inoculatethe S180 cells after a week. After0.2%Trypan Blue pigmentationcalculate number of the S180 cells to ensure the proportion of Iivingcells more than95%.Then adjust the concentration of tumourcellssuspension to 6×106 per ml. Inoculate the tumour cells to thearmpit of tumor-bearing mice, each only 0.2ml, Simultaneously fastfor 12 hours. Quitthe drug after intragastric administration a weekand sacrifice of the mice the next day. Decollement the tumourabsolutely and blot up it with filter paper. Weigh the tumour withthe electronic balance and compute the suppressing rate. Suppressingrate=(the average weight of tumour of experimental group—theaverage weight of tumour of model group)/ the average weight oftumour of model group. Smear the glass slide with blood which drawfrom eyepit vein of each mouse on the way of indirect fluorescencepigmentation. Observe the lymphocyte of the mice circumference bloodunder the fluorescence microscope to count the pigmentation fieldof vision to count 200 lymphocytes, extract in separately everyhundred lymphocyteCD4+andCD8+number. Results:The difference of theaverage tumor weight of tumor-bearing mice between the group ofmodified GuiZhiFuLing pill and the physiological saline group hasstatistics significance (P<0.05), And the average weight of tumormodified GuiZhiFuLing pill of high, school, low various monitoringteams suppressing rate respectively is 35.21%,49.92%,42.6%, Thedifference of each orehers has statistics significance (P<0.05),The number of CD4+and in tumor-bearing mice's circumference bloodbetween modified GuiZhiFuLing pill group tumor-bearing mice ishigher than the physiological saline group, and the numberapproaches to the normal level, besides the number of CD4+, CD8+increase along with medicine dosage increase.Conclusions: the group of plus medicinal materials can enhance thetumor mice's immunity ability and suppress tumor growth.
