Objective:This study aimed to explore the relationship between incoordination theLiver and Stomach syndrome of chronic Hepatitis B and the Hepatitis B virusin Gastric Mucosa,in serum, to observe the clinical efficiency ofincoordination the Liver and Stomach syndrome of chronic Hepatitis B treatedby different methods and to supply theoretical evidence for clinical syndromedifferentiation and treatment.Methods:60 patients of incoordination the Liver and Stomach syndrome of CHB wererandomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases, treated with combinedChinese medicine and routine treatment) and the control group (30 cases, treated with routine treatment). After six months of treatment, fluorescencequantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) measured HBV-DNA in the serum,as well as markers including HbsAg, HbcAg in the gastric mucosa were measuredby SP. The marks of syndrome and liver function test were recorded before andafter treatment.Results:1. Before treated, Positive rates of HbsAg,HbcAg in gastric mucosa ofAll Patients are 55% and 90% respectively. There were close Positivecorrelations between Positive rates of HbsAg,HbcAg in the gastric mucosa andthe marks of syndrome (r=0.428~0.702, P<0.05)2. After treated, Scores of gastric and hypochondrium distending pain, rutus or emesis or hiccough, and the total score of IBLS in treatment groupwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). 3. After treated, Positive rates of HbcAg in gastric mucosa in treatmentgroup was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05); The damageof liver function such as ALT,AST,DBIL in treatment group were lower thanthat of control group (P<0.05), While A/G in treatment group were higher thanthat of control group (P>0.05)Conclusions:1. HbsAg,HbcAg in gastric mucosa may reflect the part essence ofincoordination the Liver and Stomach syndrome of CHB, they may play role tothe objectivity of diagnosis.2. The treatment integrated TCM and western medicine to CHB can improvethe symptom obviously and lighten the damage of liver.
