Objective: to observe the clinical effect on CFS of "ganyupixu" kind by using the shu-mu network points acupunctureMethod: This research will adopt the criterion for judging the accompanied symptoms of CFS as prognosis by means of dividing 61 cases of patients suffering from ganyupixuxing CFS into two groups at random. One group will be treated with the method acupuncture using ganshu, pishu, qimen, zhangmen, guanyuan, zhongwan and baihui. the other group will be treated with the"shen nan xing"solution, both have three periods of treatment and ten days to be one period. We observe their clinical symptom after treatment and judge their prognoses by the CFS standard of evaluation,FAI,SAS,SDS.Result: after three periods of treatment, The total validity rate of treatment group is 93.55%, while the control group is 86.67%. The effectiveness of both treatments is similar as there is no significant difference in statistics (P<0.05). The recovery and excellence rate of acupuncture group and the medicine treatment group is 61.61% and 26.67% respectively. The marked difference in statistics shows the acupuncture treatment group is superior in effectiveness to medicine group in terms of recovery and excellence rate. and through the FAI,SAS,SDS, there are also significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05)Conclusion: The result achieved through shu-mu network points acupuncture method is superior to that "shen nanxing" solution, the treatment group can ameliorate the fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression and so on.
