| Objective: To observe the curative effect of extemal fixator which is applied in the emergency treatment of the patients with pelvis fracture.Method: In accordance with strict diagnosing standard and strict excluding standard , we select 44 scapulohumeral periarthritis patients as testing objects, which is divided into two groups at half random. We set the numbers by sequence and the ones who get odd number are set to be the treatment group and treated with extemal fixator The ones who get even number are set to be control group and treated with the pelvis bag. We quantify the quantity of the bleeding, shock rate, death rate, heart rate and blood pressure. After that we analyze the data with statistical methods.Results: 1) After the treatment , the treatment group and matched controls has obvious discrepancy in the amount of bleeding and the amount of bleeding is 2585±212ml and 3344±202ml. (p<0.05> ; 2) After the treatment, the treatment group and matched controls has obvious discrepancy in the shock rate and the shock rate of them is 13.64 % and 31.82 % (p<0.05> ; 3 ) After the treatment, the treatment group and matched controls has obvious discrepancy in the death rate and the death rate of them is 4.55% and 18.18%, (p<0.05>; 4)The treatment group is much better than matched controls in the change of heart rate and blood presure.Conclusion: External fixator used in the emergency treatment of the pelvis fracture has lots of advantage. ( 1 ) Hurt lightly, operation simple, fix credibility.( 2) The adjustable stanza is big, the complications is little , operating can be applied in the emergency room and operating rooms. (3) Can let up the pelvis capacity control issue of blood effectively, be advantageous to the recovery and merge the further diagnosis of the wound processing.(4) Can be used as the end treatment, also can be used for temporary fix, further cure the fracture when the condition of patient is stable.
