Objective: Discussed the mechanism and clinical effect withthe method of bushenjiedu in treating MyelodyplasticSyndrome-Refractory Anemia (MDS-RA), and observed theexpression of the blood IL-13 before and after treatment.Method: Forty patients with MDS-RA taken into account weredivided into two groups: twenty-five patients of the observed groupand fifteen patients of the control group. The control group wastreated with ATRA. The observed group was treated with the BusuiShengxue granule. Observed the Symptom, blood elephant and thelevel of the blood IL-13 after six months. Results: 1. It can effectively improve anemia and hemorrhagesymptom, and peripheral blood, discrease immature cells inperipheral blood and bone marrow that was treated with the methodof bushenjiedu. And there is no difference between the observedgroup and the control group (P>0.05). 2. The expression level ofblood IL-13 in MDS patients was high, after treatment theexpression level was descended(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1. It can obtain the same curative effect withwestern medicine that was treated with the method of bushenjiedu. That proved that shenxuduyu has important meaning inMDS-RA.2.After the patients were treated with the methodbushenjiedu, the level of blood IL-13 was Descend. That provedthat there Was an important function in regulating T cell secrete, controling the cell poisonousness and alleviating the marrow hurt inthe Chinese medcine.3.There was the important meaning inanalizing the Chinese medical cause and mechanism of disease bymeans of the method of bushenjiedu. And it is worthy of furtherstudy and development.
