| Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of five recombination mycoproteins in pulmonary tuberculosis smears.Methods : Specific antibody in sera is detected by ELISA, by means of antigens of five recombination mycoproteins (Mtb8.4,TB2,Ag85-B,MPT64 and MPT63).Result: In 166 pulmonary tuberculosis cases, the sensitivity of Mtb8.4,HSP60,Ag85-B,MPT64 and MPT63 are 47.0%,72.9%,59.6%,66.3% and 62.0%. In 15 lung tumor cases, the sensitivity of Mtb8.4, HSP60, Ag85-B, MPT64 and MPT63 are 60.0%,53.3%,53.3%,40.0%and 80.0%。In 71 health cases, the specificity of Mtb8.4,HSP60,Ag85-B,MPT64 and MPT63 are 93.0%,88.7%,91.6%,91.9%和87.3%.The sensitivity and specificity of combined five recombination mycoproteins are that: the maximum groups of combined two recombination mycoproteins is HSP60,MPT64 and HSP60, MPT63,their sensitivities are 81.9% , their specificities are 85.9%; the maximum groups of combined three tuberculosis mycoproteins are HSP60,Ag85-Band MPT64,its sensitivity is 85% and its specificity is 78.9%; the maximum groups of combined two recombination mycoproteins is Mtb8.4,HSP60,Ag85-Band MPT64, its sensitivity is 87% and its specificity is 76.1%;the sensitivity and specificity of combined five recombination mycoproteins are 90.2%,76.1%.Conclusion : At condition of good specificity, the sensitivity is effectually elevated by mean of combined recombination mycoproteins. There is no diagnostic value in antidiastole between pneumonophthisis and lung tumor. There is no diagnostic value in pneumonophthisis by mean of simple mixed recombination mycoproteins.We need to find more possible method of mixed tuberculosis mycoproteins. |
