Intracranial aneurysm: Cerebral vessels,knob appearance because of part blood vessel anomal transformation is main reason of aneurysm, formation. Clinical symptom is owing to subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracerebral hematoma of aneurysm broken, part aneurysm-body pressing and intracerebral arteries spasmodism which involving nervous system domain. Once intracranial aneurysm broken, a series of serious nervous system Clinical symptom would be taken place even disability, death. The survivor who first time had aneurysm broken, may face to the next aneurysm boken and the dangerous of diability and death would be more. This is a serious threaten human healthy disease. Consider to recent study, the main three reason of aneurysm formation is arteries medio-wall development defect, arteries scleratheroma and hypertension. The therapeutics method: Endovascular embolism technique and surgical intervention occlusion.The traditional surgical intervention is through aneurysm clip to close the aneurysm, but this method is more insulting and length of stay. The endovascular technique is more prevail because of microinsult and short length of stay. Following the progress of CTA,MRA and DSA et al, and the development of embolism technique, many embolism materials unceasing emerged. Various kinds coil and liquidness embolism materials is widely applied.Fibroblast-alginate-temperature sensitive hangosome is a new liquidness temperature sensitive biological activity embolism materials and according with the progress direction in the future. But the study of this new embolism materials is only limited extraorgan investigation and the farther study which in aneurysm animal model about various targets to clinical application is needed. For offering good aneurysm animal model to study,we established swine lateral wall model by microsurgery fransplantation of venous.In this experiment, the junk which we used included su-mian-xinII, atropine and ketamine, the atropine and ketamine is mainly assistance role. In the operation procedure, we adopted to tow different ways. One way: at first using IJV made liberation venous, then the liberation venous was coincided with CCA, which is used to be carrier aneurysm artery. The other way: at first the IJV was coincided with CCA, then made liberation venous in IJV according to the needed lengh. The tow ways are advantages and disadvantages. The swine were injected benzylpenicillin 800iu twice every day post-opration. We found that the tow swine dead in acute stage, one of them was over-anesth, the other one endlessly gasp and coughed leading to aneurysm model broken to die; the other six swines were in good condition. By the checking of DSA after one week, there were six aneurysm model survival and the carrier aneurysm artery smoothly, none of mural thrombus. By checking of DSA after opration 4 weeks, there were 2 disappear because of thromb; but there were still 4 survival, as if partly mural thromb in aneurysm model cavity, and the aneurysm structure was still good.By the checking of DSA, the lateral wall aneurysm model can be established in the airtube lateral, and avoid of interpleural space hematoma and emphysematous through ad-libitum of liberation venous coinciding place. The lateral wall model is more survival rate than divaricate model and extremity model because of the good blood suppling when the operation proceeding. This the lateral wall aneurysm model,s carrier aneurysm artery was nearly straight and thick caliber utilizing to new embolism materials,s experiment and observation. That advantages made the lateral wall aneurysm model more utlizer to study of new liquidness temperature sensitive embolism materials than divaricate model and extremity model.For the farther study of this new Fibroblast-alginate-temperature sensitive hangosome, we established aneurysm model, which neck was 4~5mm and body was 10~15mm. Though the model which like wide-necked aneurysm in clinic unfit to endovascular embolotherapy, but the liquidness embolism materials when apply to endovascular embolotherapy always draw assistance from balloon-assisted. The main diffcult when utilizing liquidness embolism materials to treat intracranial aneurysm is how to inject embolism materials safely and avoid of it overflow. Though other imaging test facilities had respective charact eristic, DSA is the best to this experimentation; DSA also offer technique foundation to the farther new liquidness embolism materials research.4. We can utilize balloon-assisted blockage technique to make up its defect which the wide-necked aneurysm unfit to endovascular embolotherapy manipulation.
