The incidence of hyperprolactinemia in women with genital dysfunction is 9-17%.It is an ordinary disease that does harm to female reproductive healthy. In the current study, the rats of hyperprolactinemia induced by metoclopramide as used as models to investigate the effects of YRLKFY on hyperprolactinemia and the changes of serum sex hormones and their possible mechanisms,and the correlation with renal deficiency and fiver-Qi stagnation theory in the TCM.YRLKFY is a utility prescription of my tutor to treat on hyperprolactinemia, which correlation with renal deficiency and fiver-Qi stagnation theory in the TCM.In clinical, it can be authenticated that YRLKFY could decrease the level of hyperprolactinemia obviously and soften clinical symptom. At the same time, we find YRLKFY can changes of serum sex hormones. By setting up the hyperprolactinemia model of rat and producing relative experimental evidences, we observe the effect of decreasing serum hyperprolactinemia and the changes of sex hormones in rats after treated by YRLKFY. We approach the mechanism of YRLKFY and provide an experimental basis for further investigating and clinical use.Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, negative control group, Brc. pilular group, low-dose group of YRLKFY, midst-dose group of YRLKFY and high-dose group of YRLKFY. Hyperprolactinemia model was induced by 62.5mg/kg of metoclopramide hypo in rat. And at the same time the rats were treated by YRLKFY or Brc. pilular with intragastric administration for 20days.This resulted of negative control group in weight coefficient of uterus and ovary moving downward, the level of hyperprolactinemia in serum enhancing, and the content of GnRH in hypothalamus as well as the serum sex hormones FSH,LH,E2 and P decreasing .From the experiment, the following conclusions can be gain: 1 The changes in weight coefficient of uterus and ovaryCompared with normal controlled group, the level of the weight coefficient of uterus and ovary decrease significantly in negative control group. It is proved that the excessive decrease weight coefficient of uterus and ovary is the important consequence of hyperprolactinemia,which will interference estrogen synthesis. The midst-dose and high-dose group of YRLKFY all can increase the weight coefficient of uterus and ovary, which have very significant differences by compared with negative control group. but the weight coefficient of uterus and ovary in low-dose group of YRLKFY have no significant differences by compared with negative control group .The high-dose group of YRLKFY compared with the midst-dose group , have no significant differences of statistics in increasing the weight coefficient of uterus and ovary,but Brc. pilular group has better capability to increase the weight coefficient of uterus and ovary than the midst-dose group of YRLKFY. All that proved the YRLKFY all can increase the weight coefficient of uterus and ovary at the same time. So YRLKFY can play a good role in hyperprolactinemia for it prevention atrophy of uterus and ovary2 The changes of content of PRL in serumCompared with normal controlled group, the level of PRL in serum increased significantly in negative control group. It is proved that the excessive of PRL is the important pathogenesis of hyperprolactinemia. The midst-dose and high-dose group of YRLKFY all can decrease the level of PRL, which have very significant differences by compared with negative control group,but the level of PRL in low-dose group of YRLKFY have no significant differences by compared with negative control group .The high-dose group of YRLKFY compared with the midst-dose group , have no significant differences of statistics in decreasing the level of PRL,also the midst-dose or high-dose group of YRLKFY have the same differences of statistics by compared with Brc. pilular group.All that proved the YRLKFY all can decrease the level of PRL at the same time. So YRLKFY can play a good role in decrease the high level of PRL in hyperprolactinemia,which will stabilization internal environment.3 The changes of content of GnRH in hypothalamus and FSH,LH in serumCompared with normal controlled group, the content of GnRH in hypothalamus and FSH,LH in serum decreased significantly in negative control group. It is proved that the excessive decrease of the content of GnRH and FSH,LH is the important consequence of hyperprolactinemia,which cause by PRL or DA in hypothalamus for it inhibition.The midst-dose and high-dose group of YRLKFY all can increase the GnRH in hypothalamus and FSH,LH in serum, which have significant differences by compared with negative control group. but the content of GnRH of hypothalamus and FSH,LH in serum in low-dose group of YRLKFY have no significant differences by compared with negative control group .The high-dose group of YRLKFY compared with the midst-dose group , have no significant differences of statistics in increasing the content of GnRH and FSH,LH,and also the midst-dose group or the high-dose group of YRLKFY by compared with Brc. pilular group have no differences of statistics. All that proved the YRLKFY which will remove inhibition of PRL or DA for hypothalamus can increase the ability of accelerating the activities of releasing GnRH in hypothalamus .So YRLKFY can play a good role in sex hormones for it positive control.4 The changes of content of E2,P in serumCompared with normal controlled group, the level of E2 and P in serum decresse significantly in negative control group. It is proved that the excessive decrease of E2 and P is the important consequence of hyperprolactinemia which will inhibit the function of ovary.The midst-dose and high-dose group of YRLKFY all can increase the level of E2 and P, which have very significant differences by compared with negative control group. but the level of FSH and LH in low-dose group of YRLKFY have no significant differences by compared with negative control group .The high-dose group of YRLKFY compared with the midst-dose group,have no significant differences of statistics in increasing the level of E2 and P,but Brc. pilular group has better capability to decrease the content of E2 and P than the midst-dose group of YRLKFY. All that proved the YRLKFY all can decrease the level of E2 and P at the same time. So YRLKFY can play a good role in increasing the level of E2 and P,which will improve the function of ovary.In conclusion, In animal models with hyperprolactinemia induced by metoclopramide hypo in rat, and from the view-point of weight coefficient of uterus and ovary and some serum sex hormones changes, the study showed that YRLKFY has effect on hyperprolactinemia against the tendency increasing of PRL and its adjustment of serum sex hormones ,its adjustment of deficiency for reproduction function was partly concerned with its effects of inhibition of the increasing of level of PRL and accommodation of serum sex hormones.
