Hyperlipemia is blood plasma cholesterin and triglyeride exceed normal limits which caused by abnormality of fat metabolism and transport.There are a lot of reason of blood fat abnormal.The pathogenesy of hyperlipemia include acquired factor (high fat diet, body weight gain, aging, anhormonia,drug,bad living habit), inborn factor and primary disease etc.The blood fat abnormal is not only the important factor of atherosclerotic(AS),but also the appearance of diabetes, kidney disease and hypothyroidism.Meanwhile, hyperlipemia can also aggravate diabetes, adiposis hepatica and dropsical nephritis,it is extremely harmful for hunmanbeing. Therefore studying on lipid metabolism positively has far-reaching meaning for the healthy of humanbeing. At present,although western medicine of lowing the blood fat has certain curative effect,the side effect is large too, not suitable to take medicine in long-term.So searching and developing the asepsis effective traditional Chinese medicine of lowing the blood fat has important practical meaning. Traditional Chinese medicine is the precious of the Chinese nation,by using the principle of determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, chinese medical science has affluent experience on preventing and curing of HL,adiposis hepatica.If carrying out empirical study on curative effect and pharmacology,we may effectively improve the availability of traditional Chinese medicine on HL and adiposis hepatica,it can contribute to physical and mental health of humanbeing.The department of traditional Chinese medicine in JI LIN university is engaged in the task and creating NXKKFY. NXKKFY is mainly used to prevent and cure HL.It can cure the disease and lessen the distress of the patient, lessen nosogenesis of cardial and cerebrovascular disease.The purpose of the experiment is by studying the effect of NXKKFY on TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of hyperlipemia rats, to make clear of the effect and the reason of the healing of NXKKFY and then to direct the clinical application.Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, that is the normal(20 rats), the group of model of HL, the control group of ZBT, low-dose group of NXKKFY, midst-dose group of NXKKFY and high dose group of NXKKFY,these five groups each has 12 rats. The normal feed on normal animal feeds,other 5 group feed on high fat diet .After 8 weeks, the normal killed 10 randomly,other 5 group kill 2 randomly, measured TC,TG ,LDL-C,HDL-C.After making sure the model is right, to feed them as before, intragastric administration every day: the group of model of HL using isotonic Na chloride 2ml, the control group of ZBT using ZBT liquid 2ml, low-dose group of NXKKFY, midst-dose group of NXKKFY and high dose group of NXKKFY using NXKKFY 2ml.After 30days' treatment we anesthetize the rats, sliver the abdomen and detect TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C. Observing the impairment of tissue of the liver and great vessels issue. The result of the experiment is most rats in the model group show the appearance of HL, compared with normal group the difference is significant (P<0.01). Comparing with the group of model of HL,in the groups of the NXKKFY the TC,TG,LDL-C decrease,the difference is significant (P<0.01).HDL-C increase,comparing midst-dose group of NXKKFY, hign-dose group of NXKKFY and the group of model of HL,hasstatistically significant(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Comparing the low-dose group of NXKKFY with the group of model of HL,it has no statistical significance(p>0.05). Comparing the high-dose group of NXKKFY with the control group of ZBT,it has no statistical significance(p>0.05).There is dose dependent of effect on blood fat of NXKKFY,the effect of high-dose group of NXKKFY is better than low-dose group of NXKKFY.In summary, in this experentment we can conclude that NXKKFY can effectually decrease TC,TG,LDL-C which caused by feeding on high fat diet,and obviously increase HDL-C in serum,decrease fatty substance formation of endarterium,accordingly show antagonistic action on artherosclerosis of rats.
