Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl. is widely distributed in the Northeast, Southast and Norht China, which is known as a kind of wellknown fruits of Prunus genus(Rosaceae). In Prunus genus , there are about 100 kinds of species over the world. These days ,chemical constituents and pharmacology of Prunus genus plants were studied. Flavones, glycoside, terpenoids, amino acids, mieral, steroids, coumarin and etc. were investigated for their structures and activities. Medicines and health care products have been developed to antisepsis, anticancer and curing angiocardiova.scular dieases.pseudocerasus Lindl.can be used to treat some kinds of disease in China traditional medicines. However, the studie about chemical constituents and pharmacological activities on Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl. are very little, so it is important to study Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl. In our report, 4 compounds were isolated by organic solvent and column chromatography and the structure of 4 compounds were identified through 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT,They are9-O-β-D-glucopyranosides of (3R,5R,6R,7E,9R)-megastigmane-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol,Rutin,Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside, Quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside.
