Somatoform disorders is a neurosis characterized by the concept that think or worry about all the advantages of somatic symptoms for a long time .Patients with these symptoms repeatedly for treatment.and various medical examination negative and the doctor's explanation can not dispel their doubts. Even if there is some physical disorders, symptoms that can not be explained by the nature, extent or their pain and sense of superiority.Often accompanied by anxiety or depression. Despite the occurrence and duration of the unpleasant symptoms closely related to life events,difficulties or conflict. But patients often deny the existence of psychological factors. And have behaviors seeking attention for a certain extent. the incidence of Somatoform disorders was a growing trend in recent years. Initially the majority of such patients would have not been treated at the General Hospital-psychological department,but relatively concentrated in cardiological. neurology and gastrointestinal departments, one side Patients pay a persistent attention on their own health and repeated requests for examinationand treatment.On the other side they refuse to accept the doctor's explanation or treatment,so that treatment caught in a vicious circle. Therefore, to explore effective methods of treatment for such patients is very necessary.In recent years, many doctors try to use all kinds of antidepressant drug therapy and have achieved good results.such as Trazodone, fluoxetine, paroxetine,fluvoxamine,St John's wort extract(SWE). among the total St.John's Wort extract is a new antidepressant.Recent studies have shown that SWE have a significantly inhibited effect on the reuptake of dopamine,5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine. And maintain balance the re-uptake inhibition of this three systems.be good to improve attached somatic symptoms and emotional problems in patients, but have very few adverse reactions.so that the patients who are sensitive to drug side effects can easily accept it and have a long-term tolerance for taking medicine.Cognitive-behavior therapy is a new direction for treatment appeared in American behavior therapy jurists since the 20 mid-1970's.Cognitive behavior modification jurists called for acomprehensive use of the classic behavior therapy and other psychological techniques, According to the different aspects of cognitive process(such as belief,attitude,expectation and coping style) and The best intervention points that cognitive intermediary factors influencing behavior. to enact different treatment methods and plans.Because the pathogenicity factors of Somatoform disorders are multi-faceted and there are not only biological factors. But also psychological factors, Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with antidepressant treatment to cure somatoform disorders can be complement each other and elevate curative effect. psychological effects produced by the former can amend twisted wrong cognition and improve psychology behavior. the biological effects of the use of the latter can alleviate clinical symptoms.To explore the clinical effect of cognitive behavioral therapy with antidepressants, this article retrospectively analyse continuous treatment of 68 cases of patients with somatoform disorders that visit medical psychology department of 1st hospital affiliated jilin university from January 2006 to August 2006. The patients were randomly divided into cognitive behavioral therapy combined withmedication group(therapy group)and the drug treatment group(control group) respectively. After 16 weeks of treatment, the two groups compare the clinical efficacy and treatment outcome of scl-90 in the 4th,8th,12th 16thweek.also compare the outcome of SSRS and DSQ. All data are expressed as mean±s. Difference of the two groups and pro- and post-treatment in the same group is expressed with the T-test. The result reveals therapy group healed in 18 cases, significantly improved in 11 cases, improved in 2 cases. control group healed in 10 cases, significantly improved in 13 cases, improved in 4 cases. The therapeutic effect was significant difference, there is statistically significance.compared withed controled group,each factor score of scl-90 and the result of SSRS and DSQ in therapy group improve obviously.In summary, cognitive-behavior therapy combined with antidepressant drugs to treat somatoform disorders is a proven and effective method. It can not only manage the target symptoms, and comprehensively improve clinical efficacy, but also to help patients change the erroneous attribution of cognitive,and take the proper way to treat disease, Rationally confront with the difficulties andsetbacks, help to reduce the burden of family and society and improve the patient's functional status and quality of life. And have great significance in improveing the prognosis and the promotion of social regression.
