| Objective Nowadays, OPPs is comprehensively used in ariculture production, and most of them are high toxic. So the poisoning patients are not uncommon. The result of therapy on acute servere poisoning case is far from satisfaction and the death rate is very high. In recent years, the HP, as a new treatment mothod, shows good cure on these patients. At present, lots of reports have been made about the application of the therapy.however, the research on the examination method of the poisoning in blood , the clearance percentage of HP and the study on selecting better adsorbent for HP, are very insufficient. Therefore, we used capillary GC to determine several kinds of OPPs in blood, and then compared the clearance percentage of poisoning used different absorptions, to find out better adsorbent to use in HP.Method Firstly, we setted up the determination methods about several kinds of OPPs in blood. Secondly, we putted OPPs standard solution into the health human blood, made it through several kinds of HP adsorption columns, then the blood samples were extracted with ethyl acetateand and the rudimental poison was determined by GC, thus the clearance percentage of the poison was acquired according to the corresponding formula. The result shows that most of dimethoate in blood can be cleared away effectively, which the concentration of dimethoate ranges from 200μg/ml~400μg/ml.2.2 GC determination and the clearance percentage of methamidophosWhen the amount of membrane activated charcoal and HA230 adsorbent resin used is all 100mg and the time spent for HP 2h, the clearance percentage for the high, the moderate and the low concentration of methamidophos, respectively is 95.3%, 95.9%, 93.0% and 97.3%, 96.0%, 95.0%.The result shows that most of methamidophos in blood can be cleared away effectively, which the concentration of dimethoate ranges from 20μg/ml~100μg/ml.2.3 GC determination and the clearance percentage of methyl parathion The clearance percentage of methyl parathion presents the droped tendency with the concentration increased, in chich, among the four adsorbents, AmberliteXAD16 dorps most remarkably, and SanLing resin drops smallest. In brief, for the elimination effection of methyl parathion, SanLing resin is the best, HA230 resin is next, and the membrane activated charcoal and AmberliteXAD16 resin is worse.Conclusion OPPs in the blood can be determined by the GC and the method is rapid and convenient, meanwhile the result turned out to be reliable. HP is an effective means to eliminate the major part of OPPs from the blood. Different sorbents vary in ability of removing different pesticides from blood. Membrane activated charcoal has higher percentage than HA230 resin in eliminating Dimethoate. However, for Methylamine phosphorus, HA230 resin is superior to membrane activated charcoal. The experiment on removing Methyl parathion proved that the effect of clearance with SanLing SP825 resin is the best, the HA230 resin next, and followed by the membrane activated charcoal and the AmberliteXAD16 resin. Besides, the suitable time for hemoperfusion rangs from 1.5 to 2 hours and the amount of adsorbent used ranges from 100 to 150mg. In brief, HP can clear away OPPs rapidly and effectively in blood. So it's a good therapy to poisoning patients. |
