Objective: Investigate the change of coagulation index for patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy of the effect of coagulation on the pregnant complication and perinatal outcomes.Method: Review and analyze the 132 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy cases in Qilu Hospital between 2004 and 2006, investigate many indexes including the age, pregnant week, pregnant experience, puerperal method, body weight of the neonatal, the pregnant week when the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is found, therapy measures and outcome; at the same time, 268 pregnant women without hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy are selected as control group. Up to now, the occurrence mechanism of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is not clearly demonstrated, which has influence the improvement of diagnosis, therapy and prevention level. With the development of experimental methods, many factors related to the occurrence and development of the disease has been identified. This study measures the prothrombin time (PT), activated partialthromboplastin time (APTT), thrombintime (TT), Fibrinogen (Fib), International Normalized Ratio (INR) index of normal pregnant women and pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and analyze the effect of coagulation on the pregnant complication and perinatal outcomes. Results: 1.Compared with normal late period pregnancy group, PT, APTT, TT, Fib, INR level of normal early period pregnancy group exhibit significant difference (P<0.05). For normal late period pregnancy group, PT, APTT and TT level is lower than normal pregnant group (P<0.05), and the detection value of Fib and INR is higher than normal early period pregnant group with significant difference (P<0.01).2. Compared with normal late period pregnancy group, PT, APTT, TT, Fib, INR level of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group exhibit significant difference (P<0.01). For hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group, the decrease of PT and TT level is especially significant, PT, APTT and TT level is significantly lower than normal pregnant group (P<0.01), and the detection value of Fib and INR is higher than normal pregnant group with significant difference (P< 0.05). Compared with pre-eclampsia-eclampsia group and other hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group no exhibit significant difference.3. Small for gestational age infant rate, neonatal morbidity rate, neonatal asphyxia rate, perinatal infants death rate, uterine-incision delivery rate level of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group, the decrease of Birth weight is especially significant. For hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group, the increase of renal functional lesion, liver disfunction, HELLP syndrome, DIC, placental abruption is especially significant. Conclusion: Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patient occupy gross hypercoagulabale state. The effect of coagulation with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy level and perinatal outcomes have significant relation.
