Abstract/Summary:
ECG is an important method for the diagnosis for cardiac disease in clinic. As more and more ECG analysis systems come out, the problem how to evaluate the veracity and precision of these systems appears. My thesis will solve the above-mentioned problem. First, we used a series of linear filters to process the original ECG data, and locate those of P wave, QRS complex, T wave and some key intervals. We established a simple analysis system of ECG to compare the functions of the standard system whose sound code comes from MIH-BIH database. According to automated error analysis, we can evaluate and adjust the veracity of our system. In this thesis, the complete of MIT-BIH arrhythmia database was used to evaluate algorithm, as a result, the gross error fell into the allowable rang.
