Experiment Of Obviation Of The Vascular Crisis At The Terminal Branch Of Arterial Pedicle In A Rat Skin Flap

Objective:To verify the feasibility that salvage of the vascular crisis by the method of reversely milking out and thrombolysis at the terminal branch of arterial pedicle in a rat abdominal skin flap model,and contrast with therapeutic effect and the clinical significance of two methods.Methods:1.Ninety SD rats were randomized into embolism group, milking out thrombus group, thrombolysis group 1, thrombolysis group 2 and none thrombus group. The intravascular suture technique was used to establish the model of rat-tail arterial thrombosis. The island skin flap based on the superficial epigastric artery was designed in five groups. The embolism model at the terminal branch of arterial pedicle was established in the embolism group , milking out thrombus group, thrombolysis group 1 and thrombolysis group 2.2.The survival condition of skin flap was monitored by using detection of mini-doppler, observation of skin flap, and measure of flap temperature.
