Effects Of Huangqi Acupoint Injection On Immunity Function In Rats With Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Huangqi on the content of SIgA in local area and IL-2, TNF-α in blood serum as well as the histology and morphology changes in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease CPID); To discuss the effect of acupoint injection by Huangqi on the immunity function in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its partial possible mechanism.Methods The female wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, all the left-side uterus was injected with 0.1ml of 20% phenol glue to induce CPID model in addition to that of the normal group and the false surgery group. The Huangqi acupoint injection group and the acupoint injection with saline group were injected in Guanyuan(RN4) and Zusanli(ST36); The intramuscular injection with Huangqi group was injected in the muscle of two-side buttock; The drug group was fed with the solutions of Qianjin tablet into stomach. To observe the histology and morphology changes of rats' uterus of each group and detect the content of SIgA in vagina flushing and that of IL-2, TNF-α in blood serum.Results The content of SIgA in vagina flushing and IL-2 in blood serum were significantly improved by point injection with Huangqi,but that of TNF-α in blood serum was reduced.
