Through replicating the mode of adult mice single side of testiculus torsion ischemia-reperfusion, compared the apoptosis ind ex of torsion side and non-torsion side of testiculus cells in t orsion, detorsion after torsion, physiologicsaline and puerarin tors ion/detorsion group, approving the puerarin can fall the apoptosisr ate of testiculus germ cells after torsion/detorsion. Elementarilyd iscuss the protection mechanism of the puerarin to the testiculus germ cell of adult mice. Accordingly afford the experimental ground s of the puerarin clinical use on testicular-torsion patients. MethodsChoose 24 health adult male SD rats, weight 250 ± 20 g. Randomly divide into four groups:compared group (A) (left testicular torsio n 720 degrees detorsion immediately) , torsion/detorsion mode group (B) ( detorsion fixation after 4 hours), physiologicsaline diapla sis torsion group (C) , puerarin torsion/detorsion group (D) .obtain both side of testiculus samples after operation 24 hours, inspect the pathologic changes of the apoptosis of Germ Cell using TUNEL mark method and HE pigmentation respectively. |
