Objective: To study the value of clinical application of Solis treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM)Methods: From April 1996 to March 2005, 78 patients with CSM in second affiliated hospital of NanChang University with anterior cervical surgery were retrospective analyzed. 21 cases were used Robinson bone graft (A group), 28 cases were fixed with locking plate after auto-bone graft (B group), and 29 cases were fixed with Solis (C group). X-ray films were taken after operation to observe the fusion rate , cervical alignment, height of disc space, operative time, hemorrhage in surgery, time of getting out of bed and JOA improvement rate . All of above items were compared among three groups.Results : The average period of following-up was 17 months, fusion rate of the A, B and C group was 82.69% , 92.86%, 95.24% respectively. When the following-up over, the average of cervical alignment and height of disc space had significantly reduced compared with early following-up in the A group, there was no significantly difference in the B and C group; JOA improvement rate between the A group and B, C group has significantly difference , but there was no significantly difference...
