Objective: Evaluating the benefical effect of heparin and small volume hypertonic saline during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) on the postresuscitation cerebral microcirculation perfusion disorder of rabbits.Materials and methods: twenty domestic rabbits were anethestized with embutal , 30mg/kg and Cardiac arrest was induced by electrical ventricular fibrillation, Open chest CPR was initiated after 5 min of ventricular fibrillation. With the onset of CPR, animals randomly received 2ml/kg of either 0. 9% Nacl(NS) or 0. 9% Nacl combined with heparin 60u/kg(H) or 7. 5% Nacl combined with heparin 60u/kg(HSH) per 10min and 20ug/kg epinephrine per 3 min. Haemodynamic variables were monitored continuously during the CPR and after restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC). Other two domestic rabbits were served as sham group , which were not induced ventricular fibrillation and implemented of CPR .The cerebral microcirculation perfusion was markded by injection of 0. 3/kg 10% fluorescent isothiocyanate-albumin(FITC) after ROSC 30 min and the animals were decapitated...
