Study Of Adsorbed Diphtheria, Tetanus And Acellular Pertussis Combined Vaccine

Pertussis,acute infectious disease caused by bordetella purussis in the respiratory tract. Diphtheria, acute infectious disease caused by Corynebacterium diphtheria.Tetanus, acute infectious disease caused by tetani and its toxin. The three kinds of diseases are acute public problem that threatening the healthy of children.The main works of this thesis are establishement and control teses of the bacterials seeds of Phase I of bordetella purussis cs strain (58003,cs), Corynebacterium diphtheria (38007) and Tetani (64008).Study of the kinds of media, conditions of cultivated, technology of detoxification , technology of suspension and purification of bulk acellular pertussis vaccine, bulk diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid. Optimizing the technology, choosing and determing the technological conditions that remains the consistents of manufacture process in order to fit with the scale of the bulk acellular pertussis vaccine, bulk diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid. According to the technology, we can manufacture vaccine that meet the requirements given in China Pharmacopoeia.The result of tests consists of acute toxicity test, special toxicity test and long time toxicity test show that the vaccine is safe.
