| STR is a kind of DNA sequence with length polymorphism, inherited according to Mendelian codominance mode,so it is already used as genetic marker in research and practice of biological and medical fields.There are a huge number of STR loci , the genetic information is also so much as to hard to imagine,can be used in individual identification,paternity testing and other forensic analysis.But because of the differences of polymorphism,level of genetic stability and frequency distribution of STR loci,whatever genetic marker have to be investigated before its application in forensic fields.Changchun is the capital of Jilin province, have not only a lot of minority citizens but also many fluid people.All these reasons will lead to the complexity of STR polymorphism in this region,and few research of STR polymorphism on this region was found.So we investigated the gene frequency data of 7 STR loci : D1S549,D3S1744,lD6S366,D5S818,D8S1179,D13S317,D16S539 in Changchun.This experiment investigated the frequency distribution of the 7 STR loci with PCR,polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining technique.The population we investigated is Han people of Changchun city.And we get the frequency distribution data of the 7 loci.All the frequency distributions of the 7 loci fit Hardy-Weinberg law. The heterozygosity of the 7 loci are more than 0.8 except D6S366 of 0.6333.The polymorphism information contents of seven loci are all more than 0.7.And the discrimination power of 7 loci are all more than 0.9,except D6S366 of 0.7793.And the excluding probability of paternity are all more than 0.6 except D3S1744 of 0.4184 and D6S366 of0.3617.Through the experiment we can judge all these 7 loci are of great value in practice.This study will provide some basic data for forensic paternity testing ,individual identification and population genetics or some other fields. |
