Tai'an Xiehe Hospital is a new privately operated hospital with the character of "major specialty and minor colligation" authorized by Tai'an Sanitation bureau. It is characterized by its flexible management with its specialty which has brought along the total development. At present under the absolute superior environment of the public hospital holding the medical resources, as a newly established private hospital, the development of Tai'an Xie He Hospital is facing the intense market competition. How to form and adjust the competitive strategy in the comprehensive and the profound understanding of the market opportunity and the challenge to adapt to the situation, and to explore the path suited its own development in the market competition, it is a main problem which Tai'an XieHe Hospital is facing at present.In order to explore the competition strategy suited the development of Tai'an XieHe Hospital, and provide the significant help for the Hospital development through the actual investigation and study to obtain the massive correlation data in the foundation, the hospital uses the strategy management theory, apply PEST analysis methods, Baud five strength model, value chain, SWOT and so on to analyze the internal and external environment and its own quality of the Hospital. At last we explore the implementation plan suit for the hospital development from the organizational structure, doctoring steps, human resources, marketing, service value, hospital culture, rear service socialization, at last we propose the competition strategy suits for the Hospital development—namely to take the difference strategy in the low cost strategy, thus form the core competitive power in the hospital.In order to guarantee strategic and effective execution, the hospital has formulated the strategic implementation plan, the first is to establish the flattening organization. The second is to build the hospital culture: "taking the patient as the center, taking the quality as the core" to make the hospital brand. The third is to carry on the hospital information system (HIS) structure which is the basis to promote innovation and management. The fourth is to enhance the optimized medical service to satisfy the patients. The Fifth is to strengthen the human resources construction, and form the structure of reasonable specialized technical team. The sixth is to establish the superior discipline group to emphasize the characteristic management. The seventh, to implement the marketing strategy, and promote characteristic medical service project, strengthen good communication between the patients and the hospital to set up the hospital image. The eighth is to carry out logistic socialization for reducing the cost. Moreover, for effective implementation of the strategic plan, the hospital establishes strategic control system taking quality control, achievements inspection and financial control as the main body.
