Backgrounds and objectives: PCWP and CVP are two indexes which reflex liquid treatment in clinic, their are used to judge the sick'volume and to guide liquid treatment, but soon after we find it is unaccurate and time-consuming job because PCWP and CVP are affected by angioplerosis, blood volume, myocardial contractility,heart-blood compliance intrathoracic pressure venting state measure technical artifact and need to decide individual's cardiac function curve of Frank-Starling when they are used to judge grave morning hemodynamics and stable estent of cardiac ventricle loading.PiCCO is a low traumatogenic and continuous monitoring CO new technique,it can monitor many haemodynamics parameters,such as;CVP PPV SVV SVR SV GEDV ITBV EVLW CI and so on,ITBV and CI were proved that could exactly judge patient's volume and liquid theraph in time,but can SVV and PPV judge patient's volume?our study is to observe the sensibility of SVV PPV PCWP and CVP when the volume is change.Materials and medthods:eieven anesthetized domestic pigs were investigated. Bloodletting was been making one by one,6ml/kg,6ml/kg,3ml/kg.then transfused autoblood 6ml/kg,6ml/kg 3ml/kg.then voluven was been transfused step by step 6ml/kg,6ml/kg,3ml/kg,there were nine steps all together.every step must wait for 15min when the haemodynamics was stable.then could do next step.many indexes were signed such as CVP,PCWP,SVV,PPV et al.Statistical analysis was performed with correlation analysis and t testResults: CVP and PCWP rised when the volume decreased and increased when liquid were been transfused,but CVP were not related to PCCO;SVV and PPV were all increased when haemospasia while increased when liquid were been transfused,SVV were related to PCCO when haemospasia,but PPV were not related to PCCO when the volume increased or decreased.Conclusion:SVV can reflect liquid treatment accurately when hypvolume ;PPV can not reflect liquid treatment accurately ;CVP and PCWP can not reflect liquid treatment when the volume changes large.
