With the social progress and improvement of health care, the health problems ofhuman draws people lots of attention. In the meanwhile, the increased pressure of work,life, learning, and changes of diet, makes the prevalence of various diseases to increaseevery year, and shows a trend of younger age, the incidence of these diseases based onmicrocirculation. At present, inspection of the microcirculation is the examination whichis mostly applied by the clinician, but people have noticed there is problem, which is howto establish a simple and reliable microcirculation inspection technique in the communitymedical and family health care.Based on the existing research, this paper has proposed a simple and reliablemicrocirculation function detection methods for the application of the community medicaland family health care. This method is analysis about the fingertip volume pulse wavesignal waveform parameters of the different ages, and the functional status of themicrocirculation will be evaluated by combining those multiple characteristic parameters.At first, this paper introduces the current situation about the research ofmicrocirculation both home and abroad, and described the relationship between themicrocirculation and various kinds of diseases, and pointed out the importance ofmicrocirculation research on human health.Secondly, this paper discussed the relationship between the volume pulse wave andthe microcirculation, and the relationship between the feature points of humanphysiological and pathological conditions as well as the microcirculation through theanalysis of the volume pulse waveform characteristics.And then, a volume pulse wave acquisition system has been designed based on theSTM32, the design of this system has accomplished the data acquisition, the real-timeLCD display and serial communications of the volume pulse wave. The acquisition thedata is safeguarded by the design and implementation of this acquisition systemFinally, this paper make a introduction about the volume of the pulse wave signalcharacteristics, and according to those characteristics, a improved wavelet thresholdfunction has been applied on the signal preprocessing, and then the characteristics parameters of volume pulse wave signal is extracted by the time and frequency domainfrom two groups which is separated by different age. By comparing the analysis of theobtained data, characteristics parameter which may represent the status of themicrocirculation has been discovered. In this system I discussed, those parameters areused to evaluate the status of microcirculation.
