Polycytic Ovary Syndrome: Analysis Of 25 Cases

Objective: Though review the cases,to analyse the cliniacal features of Polycytic ovary syndrome, and to guide the therapy.Methods: From Mar,2007 to April,2007,all 25 patients sufferred Polycytic ovary syndrome, to record the content of the patients as follow: menstrual flow, hyperandrogenism, hyperandrogenemia, gonadal hormone consequence, fast blooding glucose, supersensitivity insulin, ultrasound of ovary.Results: oligoamenorrhea 24 cases, obesity 12 cases , hirsutism 12 cases, acne 12 cases, androgenic alopecia 1 case, hyperandrogenism 12 cases, without hyperandrogenism and hyperandrogenemia 2cases, polycytic ovary 23 cases, fast blooding glucose normal 15 cases, fast blooding glucose abnormal 1 case. Hyperinsulinemia 5 cases ,LH/FSH≥ 2 14 cases,hyperprolactinemia 3 cases.Conclusion: Polycytic ovary syndrome is a syndrome of high heterogeneity, which clinic manifestation is multiplicity. The difference of cliniacal features among different patients is exactly existed, the therapy should be based on the different features.
