Background: As a psychosomatic disease, CHD which threatens the health of human seriously is a very important disease in cardiovascular disease . In addition to physical symptoms of CHD, the changes of emotion of CHD patients especially anxiety and depression is often occurred , which play an important role in the onset and progression and outcome of CHD. In recent years the psychological intervention on CHD patients often be neglected, as the cardiologists focus on treating the physical symptoms of CHD. Patients with psychotropic drug intervention ( includeing antidepressant and anxious drug) and psychotherapy would have a better outcome compared to patients with routine medicine therapy. Which will offer a new treating method for CHD patients. Objective: To discuss the effect of drug intervention on CHD patients with anxiety and depressionObjects and Methods: Objects 116 CHD patients in the North Hospital of Dalian Medical Univercity No.2 Affiliated hospital from 2006.8 to 2007.3. Methods 67 patients whose revalution both SDS and SAS are more than 40 from 116 patients are selected. Then divide depressive patients into invention group(36 cases) and nunlli-invention groups(31 cases). On the base of conventional therapy, patients of intervention group have taked orally with Seroxat(20 mg/QD) (begin withthe dose of 10mg/Qd, third day 20 mg/Qd). Patients of nunlli-invention groups have taked orally Tab Starch (as placebo, its package and doseage is same with Seroxat ,begin with the dose of 10mg/Qd, third day 20 mg/Qd). and Alprazolanic(0.2mg/QN)for two weeks.Clinical observation indexes include angina pectoris grade and ST segment of ECG,and We have investigated all the patients with SCL-90 ,SDS and SAS for three times. The first day after hospitalization, the two weeks after hospitalization, and 12 weeks after discharge. Statistics Some methods with SPSS12.00 software have been used to analyze the database that are Chi-square test,One way anova,t test, and Wilcoxon test.Results:⑴There is no significant difference of general information such as sex, age, profession, education background and Incidence time between the invention group and nunlli-invention groups(P>0.05).⑵There is no significant difference of angina pectoris grade and ST segment of ECG before the therapy between the two groups(P>0.05).⑶There is no significant difference of SDS and SAS results before the therapy between the two groups(P>0.05); There is significant difference of SDS and SAS results compared when hospitalization with discharged(two weeks) and 12weeks after discharged(P<0.01)in the invention group; There is no significant difference of SDS and SAS results compared when discharged (two weeks)with 12weeks after discharged(P>0.05)in the invention group; There is no significant difference of results compared the three results at different time in the nunlli-invention groups(P>0.05); There is significant difference of SDS and SAS results at all different time between the two groups(P<0.01);⑷There is no significant difference of SDS and SAS results befortherapy between the two groups(P>0.05); The total score, general mean score, the scores of depressive, anxiety, phobia and every items of SCL-90 are lower than those of the nunlli-invention group(P<0.01);⑸There is significant difference byχ2 test of obvious favorite turning and utility between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.The CHD patients have the abnormal emotions of depressive, anxiety, hostile,bsessive-compulsive odisorders, relationship, somatoform disorder, phobias, paranoid, psychiatrics. 2. Psychotropic drug intervention improve the emotional health level of the depressive andanxious CHD patients. 3.Psychotropic drug intervention not only improves emotion of the patients with psychotropic disorder. But also raises clinical effection by decresing negativity effection on the body and restraining changed pathology-physiology process and recovering internal environment state. 4. On the base of conventional therapy, It is valuable and available to treat the CHD patients with drug and psychological intervention.and It can be a major treatment measure for CHD. patients with depression and anxiety.
