Objective:To observe the the clinical efficiency and side effects of middle- late stage of non-small cell lung cancer treated by combined Zhongliukang capsule and NP [vinorebine (NVB) +cisplatin (DDP) ] chemotherapy rigimen. Method:Random, double-blindness and comparison have been adopted during the test. 46 lung cancer patients in the stage of â…¢ or â…£ were randomly divided into the treatment group (23cases, treated with combined Zhongliukang capsule and chemotherapy of NP chemotherapy rigimen) and the control group (23 cases, treated with plancebo plus chemotherapy of NP chemotherapy rigimen) . Zhongliukang capsule were given 6 pills, thrice a day, 21 days as 1 cycle. After 2 cycles of treatment, size of tumor, quality of life, the change of clinical symptoms, symptom types of TCM, body weight and side effects were analysed.Results:1. Finished research: There were 21 cases finished in the treatment group, according for 91.3%. There were 20 cases finished in the control group, according for 87%.2. The size of tumor: The effective rate in treatment group and control group were 42.9% and 35% respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05) . The stable rate of two groups were 90.5% and 65% respectively. The stable rate of control group was lower than that of treatment group (P<0.05 ) .3. Quality of life: After treated, The elevating and stable rate of KPS in treatment group were 47.6% and 38.1% respectively and both were higher than that of control (P<0.05) .4 Body Weight: The elevating and stable rate of body weight in treatment group 28.6% and 23.8% respectively and both were higher than that of control (P<0.05) .4.Clinical symptoms: Compared with the control group, treatment group could be more effective in relieving the symptoms such as cough, fatigue, hemoptysis(P<0.05).
