Objective: In order to determine the expression of survivin, ki67 and cyclinB1 in ovarian tumors and their correlation among clinical and pathological parameters of malignant ovarian tumors. Methods: Expressions of urvivin, ki67 and cyclinB1 were determined by immunohistochemical technique [avidin biontin peroxidase complex (ABC) analysis] in paraffin-embedded tumor tissues from 60 samples with ovarian tumors, including 30 samples of malignant ovarian tumors, 15 samples of borderline tumors and 15 samples of benign tumors. Results: The positive expression rate of surviving, ki67 and cyclinB1 in ovarian cancers were 63.3%(19/30), 70.0%(21/30), 73.3%(22/30) respectively, the positive expression rate in borderline tumors were 20.0%(3/15), 26.7%(4/15), 20.0%(3/30) respectively, the expression positive rate in benign tumors were 6.7%(1/15), 20.0%(3/15) , 13.3%(2/15) respectively. The result showed that, the positive expression rates of survivin,M67,cyclinBl in ovarian cancers were higher than that in borderline tumors or in benign tumors (P<0.01). The positive expression rates of survivin in ovarian cancers was relative to clinical stage and lymphaden metastasis(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of ki67 in ovarian cancers was relative to clinical stage (P<0.05). There were no significant correlation among clinical stages (p>0.05), pathological types (p>0.05)and lymph node metastases (p> 0.
