The Cases Analysis Of Myocardial Infarction And The Studies Of Expectation For Treatment

Aim: To investigate the clinical features of myocardial infarction(MI), and to Analyze the Molecular and cellular mechanism of Myocardial Infarction, for the sake of preventing and alleviating the affliction. To post the Molecular and cellular mechanism of estrogen to protect the function to the myocardial,To inquiry the studies of transplantation of stem cells as a cure of Myocardial Infarction and sets up the buildup of myocardial engineering outside body.Methods: Based upon a collection of 184 cases of myocardial infarction of the in-patients hospitalized between January, 2004 and May, 2006 in Jilin Provincial Hospital, analyses have been done into the parameters of the patients'sex, age, risky factors, clinical symptoms, complications and death rate during hospitalization.Results : of the 184 cases there are 126 male and 58 female patients, at an average age of 59; 108 (58.7%) were diagnosed with typical chest ache when being hospitalized and 71 (38.6%) without; 97 male patients (76.9%) and only 2 female patients (3.4%) have a smoking history; male patients with a history of hypertension, diabetes and high blood fat are respectively 33 (26.2%), 25 (19.8%) and 29 (23.1%), while female patients with the cases are 21 (36.2%), 8 (13.8%) and 11 (18.9%); patients with serious complications are 42 male (33.3%) and 11 female (18.9%); deaths during hospitalization are 6 male and 6 female.Conclusion: There are more male cases of myocardial infarction than female cases, as has much to do with such risky factors as smoking hypertension hypercholesterolemia diabetes. In addition to the above factors in women with low estrogen levels are closely related. Therefore, it would be good for prevention and alleviation of myocardial infarction to rectify one's diet and living habit, to lower the level of blood fat, and to shun high blood pressure and diabetes. as the regulating of calcium-handing protein,estrogen exert the protection function of the myocardial. It is feasible that transplantation of stem cells as a cure of Myocardial Infarction and sets up the buildup of myocardial engineering outside body.
