| Objective:To study the effect of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in intimal hyperplasia after artery ischemia.Method:40 healthy domestic rabbits are selected and divided randomly into normal control group and three ischemia groups(ischemia for 15 minutes group; ischemia for 30 minutes group; ischemia for 60 minutes group). Each group has 10. They are anatomyed each right femoral that are clamped with artery clamp to make femoral ischemia 2cm.The femoral of normal control is only anatomyed, but not blocked. The femoral of ischemia groups are clamped in order to make them ischemia for 15,30,60 minutes and then restore blood current. Their periphery vein blood are drewed after each feeded 7.14.28th day and detect the solube intercellular adhesion molecule-1 of rabbit blood serum with ELISA. Meanwhile, the ICAM-1 of endothelium adhere are detected with immunohistochemistry S-P and the thickness of artery intima and tunica media of blocked artery are calculated with elastic fibers VG stains in the 28th day.Results:1. After the rabbit of which the femoral are anatomyed and blocked are feeded 28 days, the adhere ICAM-1 of the normal control femoral endothelium present weak masculine, it isn't significant differ with ischemia for 15 minutes group(p< 0.05). There are significant difference that ischemia for 15 minutes compared with ischemia for 30 minutes (26.67±0. 75)(p <0.01), but ischemia for 15minutes group is lower than ischemia for 60 minutes (p <0.01).2.After the rabbit femoral which are anatomyed and blocked are feeded the... |
