Background: Scientific literatures are the literatures published publicly on scientific journals. With the development of clinical scientific research, the quantity of scientific literatures continuous continuously grow. Thanks to the development of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine, more and more scholars paid more attention to the quality of literatures. And the quality of literatures to some degree determines the authenticity and reliability of the results of clinical research. So the quality of literatures of clinical trials get more and more attention, and there are more researches on evaluation of the quality of clinical literatures. The Chinese Journal of Surgery, the number one and old -line surgical periodical in China, was start publish in 1951 on behalf of Chinese Medical Association, and now it is distributed worldwidely.The evaluation of the quality of literatures is mainly about a series of literatures about one disease nowadays.
