Experimental Study On Effect Of Yi Shen Zhu Yu On Prostatic Cell Apoptosis And Express Of PCNA Of Rats

Objective: TO observe the effect of Yi Shen Zhu Yu on the apoptosis and hyperplasia of rat's prostatic cells . Methods: Subcutaneous injection of testosterone was given everyday to castrated male rats. Through the mode of the rats benign prostatic hyperplasia, we tested the content about the level of PCNA (Proliferative Cell Nuclear Antigen ) expression in rats prostatic cell and apoptosis index.Results: Yi Shen Zhu Yu can improve significantly BPH patients 'symptoms and quality of life (QOL). Yi Shen Zhu Yu can promote apoptosis of rat's prostatic cell , and raise AI(Apoptosis Index )of rat's prostatic cell, keep the balance of apoptosis and hyperplasia .
