[Objective] To survey and evaluate the frequency of Yunnan human lung cancer s human leukocyte antigens HLA-A,B,DRBl,DQBlalleles, to investigate the relativity between the alleles of human leukocyte antigens HLA and the mobility of Yunnan human lung cancer ,for the research in the correlated susceptible mechanism of lung cancer, provide some significant colonia desent document.[Methods] The alleles of HLA-A, B, DRB1, DQB1 alleles were typed by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP)technique in samples from 30 Yunnan patients with lung cancer and 30 healthy controls. All of the subjects are random sampling, and have no blood relationship, determin the frequency of their HLA-A, B, DRB1, DQB1 alleles, compare the result with healthy controls in the same territory, calculate the relative risk. Analysis the clinic character numerical data and the hereditary factor of the positive and negative correlation alleles.[Resuls] The frequency of HLA-A*02(90%), especially A*0201, B*46(40%), DRBl*15(40%)in the lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the controls HLA-A*02(43.3%), B*46(0%), DRB1*15(0%), pc<0.05, RR>1. The frequency of HLA-A*31(3.3%), A*33(6.7%), B*27(3.3%), B*52(90%), DRB1*03-(0%), DRB3*01(60%), DQBl*02(0%), DQB1*06(0%) in the lung cancer patients was significantly lower than that in the controls A*31(23.3%), A*33(26.7%), B*27-(26.6%), B*52(26.7%), DRBl*03(23.3%), DRB3*01(86.7%), DQB1*02(23.3%),...
