[Objective] :To approach the dependablity of cataplasia chronic low back pain patient' s pain level and psychological factors including depression, anxiety and social factors including sexuality, age, culture level, occupation, and to investigate the influence of negativity emotion on the operation curative effect.[Methods] : This text reviewed 40 cases of cataplasia chronic low back in department of orthopaedics of our hospital. All the patients must finish 5 preoperative questionnaires including orthopedics individuation pain score, special course of study examination score, hamilton depression scale score of 17 versions, hamilton anxiety scale score of 14 versions and social factors questionnaire. According to the cut off score of hamilton depression scale score 7 score, we took all the patients into depression group and nondepression group.The same, we took all the patients into anxiety group and nonanxiety group according to the cut off score of hamilton anxiety scale score 6 score. 3 months after operation we finished the 5 questionnaires again. 40 cases were get into statistics analysis, none was missed.
