Sanhua injection was composed of Notoginseng saponin and Scutellarin . Notoginseng saponin is the extraction of Radix notogingseng and Scutellarin is the extraction of Herba Erigerontis. The quality assessment of Sanhua injection, Notoginseng saponin, Breviscapin, Radix notogingseng and Herba Erigerontis was developed.(1) Hypersil ODS2(250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d, 5 μrn) column was used to analyze Notoginsenoside R1 and Ginsenoside Rb1 in the 25 batches of Radix notogingseng and 10 batches of Sanhua injection .The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile and 0.05% H3PO4. The samples were detected at 203nm. The linear ranges were 0.02472 - 0.2472mg·mL-1 (r=0.9998,n=6) and 0.0898 - 0.8980mg·mL-1 (r=0.9998,n=6) respectively. The mean recoveries of them were 96.8% (RSD=1.7%) and 97.8% (RSD=2.0%) respectively. The assay method was simple, with good reproducibility. A quantitative analytical method was established for the quality assessment of Radix notogingseng and Sanhua injection.(2) Hypersil ODS2 (200 mm × 4.6 mm i.d, 5 μm) was used to analyze Scutellarin in the 17 batches of Herba Erigerontis and 10 batches of Sanhua injection. The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile , water, THF and H3PO4(15:85:1.5:0.1 v/v). Scutellarin was detected at 335nm. The linear range was 2.16 -34.5μg·mL-1 (r=0.9999,n=6).The mean recovery of it was 97.4%, RSD=1.8% .The assay method was simple, with good reproducibility and provided a quantitative...
