Objectives: The study aims to establish a cell model of alcoholic fatty liver(AFL) induced by ethanol in vitro, furthermore investigate the effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection (DIG) and ligustrazine hydrocklorde injection (LTH) on the cells of alcoholic fatty liver induced by ethanol in vitro.Methods: MTT assay was used to screen the concentration of ethanol, DIG and LTH that we wanted. Flow cytometry detected changes of cell cycle distribution. Oil red O staining was used to observe stain of lipid droplet under light microscope, otherwise we observed ultramicrostructure under electron microscope. Analysis of hol-automatic biochemistry investigated TG levels intracellular of each group. An estimation of releasing dose of alanine amino transferase (ALT), aspartate amino transferase (AST) and gamma glutamyl transferases (GGT) in the culture was detected with corresponding kits.
