Expression And Clinical Significance Of β-TrCP,NF-κB And IκB In Colorectal Cancer Tissues

Objectives: To investigate the role of NF-κB system in occurrenc and development of colorectal cancer, and provid reference according for therapy and prognosis of colorectal cancer. To explore expression and relationship ofβ-TrCP,NF-κB and IκB in colorectal tissues, colorectal cancer tissues tissues around it, and analysis relationship of them and clinical pathology factors of colorectal cancer.Methods:The expression ofβ-TrCP, NF-κBand IκB were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry in colorectal cancer tissues(n=86) , para-cancer tissues(n=52) and normal colorectal tissues(n=20)from operated patients of colorectal cancers. The statistics of positive rates were performed and the results were analysed by the technic of picture analysis. Results:(1)The expression rate ofβ-TrCP, NF-κB and IκB was 66.3%, 76.7% and 17.5% respectively in colorectal cancer tissues and 32.7%, 38.5% and 25% in para-cancer tissues, but 10%,25% and 75% in normal colorectal tissues.(2)The high expression rate ofβ-TrCP and NF-κB was not statistical difference(P>0.05)in colorectal cancer and para-cancer tissues by the technic of picture analysis.
