Reasonable Application Of Promoting Blood Flow And Removing Blood Stasis In The Chronic Otorhinolaryngology Disease

Objective: through the animal experiment to illuminate the rationality of the match in treatment of chronic otorhinolaryngology disease,so it can be seen as the science rule in treating the chronic otorhinolaryngology disease.Method:through the animal experiment observing the influence on the blood deficiency induced blood stasis modle, especially the effect on coagulation and anti-coagulation system.Result:The result indicated that promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis with tonifying the kidney and liver has a significant improvement on the red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,hemorrheology,coagulation function,endothelin,calcitonin gene-related peptide,microcirculation of the foot.Conclusion:in the treatment of the chronic otorhinolaryngology disease, promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis is the important approach ,but we must think the body as a whole and decrease the side effect of"promoting blood flow induced bleeding". it is a common phenomenon in the application of promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis often with the tonifying the kidney and liver,arresting bleeding,strengthening the spleen.the results indicated that promoting blood flow with the tonifying the kidney and liver may balance the coagulation and anti coagulation system and can prevent the side effect in apply the promoting blood flow traditional chinese drug.
