| Obsjective: To evaluate the efficiency of the laparoscopic uterine suspension and PPH for female outlet obstructed constipation(OOC)on retroposition of uterus and IRP. Methods: All the 6 selected cases, diagnosed this type constipation through symptoms, signs and defecography , were treated with the above therapy. The symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination before and after the treatment were observed and analyzed respectively. Result: After the operation, the clinical symptoms of six patients have disappeared, and 3 months later no one recurred. The procedure has advantages of an earlier recovery time and lower complication. Conclusion : The position of uterus is normal, the rectal prolapse mucosa is resected after this procedure . As the obstruction facters eliminated, the vicious circulation caused by the prolapse mucosa stopped and the rectal function recovered, the patient's defecation no longer obstructed. The treatment is according to the concept of wholism and the theory of treating both the principal and subordinate aspect in TCM. It is a safe, effective and rapid method for treatment of IRP type constipation. |
