Objective: mammary primary hemangiosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor. At present, because of our insufficient clinical cognition, the managements of them are inappropriate. Our study on this problem is to study the clinical pathological characteristics, efficacious therapy of angiosarcoma in breast.Methods analysis the clinic characteristic of the 18 cases angiosarcoma of breast.Results we study the native document of 1994—2006, only 18 cases angiosarcoma in breast, that explain it rare extremely .But it have a highly dgree malignancy. Transform in bleed early. Those 18 cases angiosarcoma of breast, age between 14 and 42. the average age is 27 . There are 6 cases part relapse after operation. the part relapse rate is 33.3%. there are 7 cases far transform,, the transform places are lung, liver, brain, bone, ovary in proper order.. Dead in two years are 6 cases, the dead rate is 33. 3%. there are 4 cases accept radiotherapy after operation, 2 cases are valid, there are 7 cases accept chemotherapy after operation ,3cases are valid.Conclusion Primary angiosarcoma of breast is a rare neoplasm. Flare up of disease in young women, highly dgree in malignancy . the part relapse rate is high after operation. ;Once have a real diagnose, the operation' s way is whole—breast cutting, not part—breast cutting or tumor cutting. Because the part relapse rate is high after operation , radiotherapy is required after operation, but the effect was not pleased in past. the dose and way of radiotherapy must be improved in the future. mammary primary...
