OBJECTIVE: To explore the changes of circumference blood serum Mg2+, IL-6,IL-8, NSE, NO and the CK-BB levels and its clinical significance.METHOD: Takes 58 patients with acute traumatic brain injury are the experimental group, moderate brain injury group patient 30 examples (GCS grades for 9-12 score), the specific brain injury group patient 28 examples (GCS grades for 3-8 score), the blood samples of experimental component are taken in 24h, 3d and 7d, to determine Mg2+, IL-6, IL-8, NSE, NO and the CK-BB blood serum density, the patients which receive a medical examination by the same time outpatient service (passes through the head CT proof not to have brain essence change) 20 examples are take healthy contrast group. All 78 examples experiment object removes the shock, the infection, the spinal cord damage and the heart, the liver, the kidney, the lung and so on the important organ merge damage and disease. Each item of each time meets compares with contrast group, at the same time various group alternate with carries on pairs the t examination .
