Objective:To study of the relationship between the renal function of T2DM patient and the trace elements status of the body, and to research the role of the trace elements in chronic renal failure assessment of the body. Methods:Used the cases control. According to the standard of diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and renal function assessment, which was instituted by the WHO in 1998,selected 33 cases hospitalized patients from kidney department in order their admission as study group. At the same time, select other 20 persons checked-up and 18 T2DM patients without micrangium complications from outpatient. To test the 51 cases and the 20 persons serum Scr, BUN, CC and serum Fe, Zn, Se, Li, urinary albumin excretory rate (UAER), than calculate Ccr by the formula Ccr = (140-age)× wetght(Kg) × K/(Scr(mg/ml) × 72) (?), K=0.85 (female) or 1.0 (male). 18 cases were devided in non-DN group (group 2) ,22 cases were divided into DN non-CRF group (group 3), and 11 cases were in CRF group (group 4). As well, the 20 persons checked-up thought as normal control group(group 1). The content of iron, Zinc, Lithium ,Selenium in serum was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.T test was used to compare parameters of two groups, analysis of...
