The Application Of Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery(VATS) In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of The Thoracic Diseases

Obsjective:To investigate the clinical significance of theVideo-Assisted Thoracic Surgery(VATS) and the Video-Assisted Thoracoscopy plus Minithoracotomy(VATM) in the diagnosis and treatment of the thoracic diseases:including the choice of the indications, the technic of the operative procedure, the prevention and cure of the complications, the postoperative revival and prognosis of the patients and so on. To compare the advantages and disadvantages with the conventional thoracotomy, and to direct the clinical development of VATS.Methods: Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 39 casesoperated by Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery(VATS) during 2004.12～ 2005.12 in the thoracic surgery of QiLu Hospital:male 27 cases, female 12 cases, ages from 17 years old to 67 years old, averaging 40 years old; analyzing the preoperative physiclal status, operative time and blood loss, complications of perioperative period, the postoperative revival, postoperative hospital stay and the prognosis after the follow-up of 3months ～ lyear. 39 cases was consisted of 12 cases of spontaneous...
